Edible wafer paper is great for decorating cakes, cookies and cupcakes.

You can use the sheet to wrap a cake or cut it up and use as you wish. It is easy to cut with either a craft knife, scissors or craft punch to cut out the desired shapes. 
 
When applying this to cakes, cookies and cupcakes you will need piping gel or sugar water, be sure not to use a lot of liquid or gel as this will seep into the wafer paper and damage it, the fondant or icing only needs to be slightly tacky.

Wafer paper is best stored in an air-tight container when pack is opened, below 25°C, at a relative humidity of 60-75% and away from sources of moisture and heat. DO NOT store in the open air. DO NOT store below 10°C. This product will be more flexible if used in a warm humid environment. Use in cold dry conditions will make this product very brittle and likely to break, crumble and snap. 

Paper thickness = 0.3mm.
